I ate at Pei Wei this past weekend with my mom and sister (without kids = awesome!). They had eaten there a few times before, but somehow I never had. When I was offered the chance to try it AND give away a gift card, of course I said YES!
Do we look like sisters? 🙂
Pei Wei offers a menu of fresh, high-quality Asian cuisine. Everything is fresh, hand-cut and made-to-order, which is great for those who are gluten-free or vegetarian. I was pleasantly surprised at the prices, especially with the addition of the new smaller sized entrees starting at $6.39. I thought it would be really small, so we ordered an extra entree just in case. Turns out that the smaller size is perfect for one person. The wok’d entrees come with white or brown rice, making it a full meal! Explore the Pei Wei Asian Diner menu and see what sounds good to you!
I chose the new Wok Roasted Vegetable Salad – roasted cauliflower, zucchini, carrots, green beans over lettuce with a miso vinaigrette? Right up my alley! It was SO good.
My sister usually orders the Sweet and Sour Chicken, but decided to try the new Thai Lime & Chile Chicken with brown rice this time. It was only a hint of spicy, and the sweet and citrus-y flavors made it delicious. I may have swiped a few bites of it while she wasn’t looking, hehe.
At the last minute, I decided to also try their new Ginger Orange Edamame. Oh. My. I like steamed edamame, but these were divine. Orange peel, ginger, garlic and sea salt …yum! I’m already trying to figure out how to make a copy-cat version at home.
I want YOU to be able to go try all their FRESH new menu choices, and so I’m offering one $25 gift card to one of MY lucky readers! Just leave a comment on this blog post stating why you love Pei Wei!
ends Thursday, February 6 at noon MST, HAS ENDED! Winner will be chosen randomly and notified in the comments and announced on The How To Mom’s Facebook page. Open to US residents only.
