PERK sent me a box of Vent Wrap car fresheners to try: New Car, Lush Valley and Golden Vanilla.
So I tried the New Car scent first. Quick story, I’ve been wanting to upgrade to a minivan for a while now (I want to participate in the neighborhood carpool!). So last week, I got to test drive and take home a brand new minivan for a few days. It was leather, fully loaded, everything. Ohhhh it was glorious. But we decided now wasn’t the time to buy it. Sigh. So the New Car scent in my old car helped soothe my pain. A bit.
The first day, I’m not going to lie, the scent was pretty strong. But by the second/third day it was perfect. Just a hint of fragrance. But nothing that makes your nose burn or lingers on your clothes after you get out of the car. I know you know what I’m talking about…
I liked that the PERK Vent Wraps are a vent air freshener, and they aren’t messy at all. No oils or anything to spill. Just unwrap it and slip it over one of the flaps on the vent. And they have StediScent – for fragrance that is just right and lasts for about 2 weeks.
Do you see it? Nice and discreet. And I can still adjust the vents like normal.
I’m fortunate to have a husband who takes really good care of our cars. Most Saturday mornings he is gassing up, washing and cleaning out our cars. Consequently, our cars don’t really have much of a “smell” to them. But with kids, that smell can creep up on you. Especially if you’ve ever had a kid puke in their carseat (which we have, multiple times). Or if you get stuck driving the neighborhood soccer carpool (luckily I haven’t had to deal with that yet!). Its nice to have a discreet option for hiding any yucky smells.
You can get PERK Vent Wraps wherever they sell car air fresheners: Advance Auto Parts, Walmart, Target, etc. Try them!
AND I thought it might be fun to give one of my readers 6 MONTHS of free PERK Vent Wraps! Its easy to enter, just use the Rafflecopter below! (US Residents, 18 or older) Contest ends Feb 15 at midnight! Winner will be notified via email. Good luck!!!
